This motel had some highlights like a helpful staff that accommodated my late check-in and provided warm, clean rooms. the neglected gardens and untidy reception were off-putting. The missing in-room dining items, flaky Wi-Fi, and a few maintenance issues made it feel a bit lacking overall.

It is well priced. The venue is clean, with exceptionally nice and perfect location close to Eastland Shopping Centre as well as public transport. The hotel has the restaurant which occupied the centre of the floor.

Everyone here was really friendly and outstandingly accommodating.
Accommodation was convenient and clean, rooms were recently upgraded and a decent size. We had a large bedroom. The breakfast offered plenty of reasonably priced meals.

The room was super spacious and cozy! Having a queen-sized bed felt like a treat, and the walk-in shower was refreshing. Loved chilling on the couch and enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV. Perfect for unwinding after a busy day!
The absence of a microwave was a bit inconvenient, but others might not mind.

The hotel was situated near the Heatherdale Road bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. Placed within 15 minutes' car ride to Dandenong. I used free parking on-site...

Staff were friendly and efficient. Bed comfortable. Location was suitable for our purposes, restaurant food very nice.
Dirty mugs in the room, surfaces not very clean, holes in tiles in bathroom, shower over bath and no grab rail except down at bath level.

It was very easy to check-in and all was very organised. The staff were all both courteous and affable. The location was ideal and very convenient.
The bathroom of my room, whilst adequate, was not well maintained (holes in walls/ tiles) etc ,whilst very clean. No easy way to carry luggage from the underground car park to the actual hotel and one's room was disappointing.

Nice big room with good facilities. Restaurant available. Good staff. Convenient for our visit which necessitated location in that area of melbourne. well signposted from main highway.
Only that the bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a renovation.

The value for money for a motel of that standard was exceptional - as seniors, the price, which included FULL breakfast was the best we have encountered for some time

It was a nice surprise when we entered our room, It was clean, large and welcoming. As it was early evening there was some music coming from the dinning room which is situated in the middle of the building. I am glad we were not weiry travelers as the misic as nice as it was would have been too noisy if we needed to go to sleep. The breakfast was very similar to what we experinced in Europe so was a pleasant surprise. The only negative comment is it was not very warm. Thanks Sharon hall
The street sign could have been further from the motel to give a bit more warning as we passed it and had to do a u turn.

The room was very spacious and the decor and furniture was tasteful. The bed was very comfortable & there was little noise or disruption. The room was kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Facilities on offer were excellent but we did not have an opportunity to use them. Staff were very polite courteous and we thought it was fantastic value for money. Will definitely stay there again when we next visit Melbourne.
